Privacy policy

ParseMind is a document intelligence platform. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, workspace, API, and live demo.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, company name, and password (hashed) when you register, or profile data from OAuth providers if you sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn.
- Documents you upload — files, extracted text, structured fields, and processing metadata needed to run extraction and show results in your workspace.
- Usage data — plan quotas, API call counts, and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide ParseMind: process documents, enforce plan limits, support your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell your documents or use uploads for advertising profiles.
Retention
Uploaded documents and extractions are stored for up to 30 days by default (configurable on your deployment; paid plans may offer longer retention). A scheduled job removes expired documents and deletes associated files from storage. Demo samples labelled as demo are not your personal uploads.
Upstream processing
ParseMind sends document content to configured OCR/PDF and LLM providers to perform extraction. Those services process data according to their own terms. We surface upstream status in API responses where enabled.
Security
Use HTTPS in production. Protect API keys as secrets. You are responsible for not uploading material you are not permitted to share with a cloud document-processing service.
Your choices
You may delete individual documents from your workspace or stop using the service. Contact us to request account deletion, subject to legal or security obligations we must keep.
